This guy, has one of the best builds ever! His not even that heavy, about 13 stone 9 lbs, which is not that heavy. But most men, would not be unhappy, to have that that type of build.

Most sprinters have functional weight . It's not optimal to be so heavy .

No body can sprint every day bro, but tempo sprints at 70-80% cud be done 3 times a week along with 1 session of 100% sprinting wit full recoveries. U don't want to put ur muscles into the strees zone every session or u will break down with injuries ok. Advice from a former Irish national sprinter, best of luck with ur training from here on in 😉
