Do you recommend just the rolled up towel even If I have a block buddy? Also, since towels come in many sizes, what should the rolled up diameter end up being?

where can i buy the block buddy in the united states? i tried to buy it from the website but it asks for a county and only gives options from another country so i could not place my order

I can’t help but think about all those Olympic female athletes on balance beam, floor exercise, etc that stand with their butt sticking out.

Yes it is important to be able to shift in and out of these postures. Being stuck in a certain posture generally isn’t the goal, a main reason as to why people extend, especially athletes, is a strategy to find more internal rotation through compensations to produce force

Question: if I’m having rotator cuff issues where do I start with help? The shoulder videos? Also what if I do one of the fascia exercises and feel Iike things are moving around in there. What is that? My issue is at the subscapular and trap. Seems to be more of an issue at night.
