This is game changing. This is LIFE changing! I just discovered you over the weekend. Actually, through your videos I just learned about fascia! Didn't even know it was a thing. This is my story - I'll try to be brief. I'm 55 and I've been living with Fibromyalgia for about 10 years. Was only diagnosed a few years ago - took a few years and various doctors just to figure it out. The pain is managed pretty well now with a low dose med, but of course that's not the end of the story. There is still stiffness and pain that affect my life. It's just not as debilitating as it once was thanks to the medication. A few weeks ago, I started feeling neuralgia in my middle fingers and I was like, "Oh HELL NO!" I am NOT going to let this happen. I need to find out what's causing it. Here's the thing - most of the pain that limits my activities, for years I have not been able to determine a cause. Fibromyalgia, yes, but there is no real definitive explanation of what causes it. And there's more going on in terms of pain and limitations than just that. What is actually going on in my body? THAT'S what I want to know. Doctors' scans show no arthritis and I recognize muscle soreness and stiffness enough to know that it's not muscle. For years I've been doing this sort of self check on my pain, asking myself, "What does this feel like?" And it's always the same answer - it's a tightness. It's like something is pulling at different parts of me. I hydrate, I stretch before and during something like a walk for example, but still there are these areas of tightness. It's been driving me crazy - what IS this? Now that I'm suddenly learning about the fascia system, my brain is going, "MY GOD! This makes SENSE!!" Could the answer be as simple as releasing and taking care of my fascia?? I'm excited to find out!

Thanks Dana so much for all your videos and most assuredly for this Divinely timed Gem. It fits in perfectly with where I am in my rebuilding, and validated my idea that if 3 more months aren’t enough, I’ll do 12 more, or however long it takes, as I know connective tissue takes longer to build than muscles.(I may have gotten that from you as well.😀) So hearing you reaffirm the timeline I’m on is Perfect, weeks months years. 💝🕺🎉

No exercise or stretching can create the mind of remodeling that daily habits can ... even we workout two hours per day ... there 22hrs left in the day ... yes your Fascia will remodel based on your sleep position... not just waking habits/activity
