Fascinating Wexford History - Volume Two

I am a descendant of William Bufford of Ballywater, County Wexford, Ireland. William immigrated to America, departing at Dublin, on April 30, 1804, on the ship Diligence. He is listed as William Berford, age 19, of Ballywater. I assume William was fleeing Wexford in the aftermath of the Rebellion of 1798. I am looking for any record of William or family in Wexford. Any help or suggestion welcome.

This is the original Wexford in Ireland, after which Wexford County in Michigan and Wexford, Pennsylvania are named.
