Instead of using the same motion from before, SEGA rechoreographed the whole song to mirror what wowaka himself did when he performed the song live and gave her the ESP guitar too! Wowaka was and will forever be a huge part of the Vocaloid scene; there’s no denying that. Also! The performers being near the center/in front with Miku give off *_huge_* Hitorie vibes. SEGA really thought this homage through.

@nightlust3 жыл бұрын
I've done the exact same thing and I'm soooo moved by how much care has been put in the movements fidelity! The bar piece is named a Capo and as a guitarist I cannot express how useful this thing is haha
@darkcrypter3 жыл бұрын
@@nightlust As a pianist, i’ll never understand a capo, but it really seems like they work wonders and then some lmfao. I know pianos do have them, but wtf do they do? idk lmao
@nightlust3 жыл бұрын
@@darkcrypter it's really REALLY useful for complicated chords that would require 6 fingers to be well executed ahaha to understand the concept of a capo you have to understand the concept of the "nut" of the guitar (nothing kinky.), it's basically the piece between the fretboard and the head of the guitar that guides the strings to the tuning pegs the position of this nut is important because it basically makes the whole intonation, 1mm too short or too long and your guitar will sound out of tune. a capo basically "shortens" the neck of the guitar, the main advantage of using a capo is that it lets a guitarist play a song in different keys while still using first-position open-string chord forms, which have a more droning and fully resonant tone than, for example, bar chords. A capo functions as a sort of moveable nut, as it can be affixed to any fret below the neck joint and provide the same kind of vibration termination. Unlike the nut, however, capos don’t have string grooves, as their only purpose is to change pitch rather than maintain lateral string placement (a function still ensured by the nut and bridge even when a capo is in use). A capo thus works in addition to the nut, rather than instead of it. I hope it was clear and helpful cause it was a mouthful to write ahahah
@FunnyParadox3 жыл бұрын
@@nightlust You honestly don't know how much i love the term "nut guitar" 😭
You know I think this was the only song in the concert that we didn't need to be sad over the fact that the crowd couldn't cheer and scream because the applause fits more with the cause if you know what I mean😔
I think the first thing I noticed when I rewatched this is how similar Miku looks to wowaka when he preformed live. I’ve been listening to Hitorie a lot lately and watching their live recordings, and I feel they really did a good job imitating how wowaka played on stage. It’s incredibly sad that he’s gone, and I wish I could do something to get him back, but I think this a great tribute for him.
