I'm an artist, and I follow you to better understand how clothes falls and wraps around the people I'm drawing and painting. Find your lessons really helpful, thanks Zoe!

Thank you so much for not being one of those you tubers who starts every video with "let's get started". Also thank you for all this amazing instruction.

I have been known to occasionally say that--sorry! hahahahaha~

I legitimately used that patternmaking book in my highschool sewing class haha I'm pretty sure it was that same edition too! The instruction is convoluted and hard to follow but the diagrams are really nice :)

I love your videos. They've helped sooo much! Do you have any videos where you do the whole process of sketching a figure AND drawing the clothes? You're my favorite youtube teacher. I appreciate your effort and help! :)

Not really sure what you mean. I don't freehand figures. I use my own figure templates like you see in this video. To complete these illustrations I would just trace out the rest of the figure, add face and hair, and color everything. If that's what you mean, I can do it but it would be a long video and everyone keeps asking me to make shorter videos.

It's okay Zoe. Thank you so much for replying. I'll keep working on perfecting my figures and then I'll start trying to design clothes.

Honestly, I get so detailed that it's easier for me *and* my students that I break down parts of the puzzle in separate demos/videos. I don't know how to not be thorough. :) But I think I have videos of all the separate steps.

Thank you soooo much Zoe for these tutorials, I've learnt a lot! Not to be greedy, please can you do a video on fabric surface design? in your design process tutorial, you quilted a fabric. it will be wonderful to have a list of possibilities along which line one can study. Thank you .

Ok, I'll put it in the queue. the queue's hella long, but I think this is a good video idea.
