I am looking at the flowers on the chick sweater since its in a 3/4 view you can use perspective on the emproided flowers

Yes, using perspective is the correct way to translate the 3/4 view, but I was trying to simplify it for people who don't have that drawing background. Not all fashion schools teach it.

Its like you normally draw the illustration but the garmantation is done by the help of real fabric through cutting pasting. You can also google it you'll easily understand. :)
