very interesting! personally I think it depends on colours! I Love the trendy CC in Black i think it just looks so classy and I love the details on the bag...I tend to think the coco handle looks cute in more summery colours such as pink and lilac. I own one coco handle in a dull kind of blue color which I like because a few years ago the price was much less however if i had to choose between coco handle and trendy cc today new from store i think I would save up a bit more for a black trendy!

Still team coco handle! It’s got feet while the more delicate trendy CC does not! I also like the trapezoids shape better! For lambskin bags I think the classic flap or the mini is a more luxurious feeling choice.

Great comparison! I do own both the Trendy CC and Coco Handle, and if I could only rebuy one, I’d choose the Trendy CC. Such a luxurious bag, yet can be just as casual! However, I would never want to sell either of them, and hope to still carry both when I’m in my 80’s 🥰🤣🤣

Thanks for sharing babe. For me and my life style, i prefer the Coco Handle more than the Trendy CC. Don't need to baby it so much and weight is lighter since weight is a deal breaker for me. Am saving for one Coco Handle and one classic medium flap.

I would vote Trendy CC. After using coco handle for a while, yes it's highly durable and functional in the medium size, I found pretty much the only practical way is to carry top handle because it is awkward with the stiff handle sticking to the body either with shoulder strap or cross-body. The shape of coco handle is "formal" which instantly adds 10 years to work attire. The mini coco handles in delightful light colors like yours are cute but capacity wise just similar to minis and not easy to take things because of shape of the bag and smaller tight opening. So I substitute a mixed metal top handle lambskin seasonal bag with my coco handle. I wish trendy does not have separate compartment bottom but other than that the lambskin seems more durable than the classics. Great comparison.

Great video Amy! The trendy CC is stunning! The only reason why I have never bought it is because I can’t do lambskin🙈I had the mini coco handle and sold it. I think I thought that the mini coco was going to replace my love for the trendy cc but it didn’t. Btw, the trendy cc is now only available with the same strap as yours. Only previous seasons are the ones that have the T bar strap. Lots of ladies complained that the T bars sometimes will slip out and it will detached the strap from bag when grabbing it. LOVE YOUR TRENDY CC it is stunning!

I walked into a Chanel store looking for an style I saw on the website and that particular style wasn’t coming into US. So I asked the SA for another option with top handle that wasn’t not the Coco Handle and he went onto the bag and showed me a Trendy CC. It was ❤️ 💕 💗 at first real sign. I had already seeing videos about the Trendy CC and how difficult it was to grab it at the stores. I am very happy with my purchase. I got the champagne gold color, which I like better than the regular gold. I life for that Chanel bar on the top.

I own both and I choose the trendy cc more. I have the medium coco handle and when I wear it on the crook of my arm the inner part of the handle digs into my skin and it bothers me when I have a lot in my bag.

I don't think I want to buy a bag and baby it especially as I don't really go out a lot so I will hardly ever use it. I'm back at uni doing a 3rd degree so not much money to waste. I would definitely go for the Coco handle as I like the fact that its carefree. I recently sold my Gucci Marmont as I made a mistake of buying my first designer bag in pink and I hardly wore it. I hope to get a black Chanel Coco mini handle when I can afford it🙂🌸

you need both unless you are very girly, then id go for the coco handle. I personally think they are different enough to get both. I have two trendy cc , one with large quilts and grey and one with standard quilts and black and one coco handle so black in small size. I see myself buying another trendy but i think one coco handle is enough because it looks too ladylike for me (thats why i bought the so black which is more edgy) 🤷‍♀️

I thought about this for a long time and I decided on coco handle. Trendy cc looks office type for me. And too shiny. I don’t think I’ll even consider it if I want to buy another. My advise, try it in the store, feel it and wear casual to really get the best decision.
