I am not someone who normally posts comments, but I just had to after the emotion you showed when speaking about your Dad. As everyone knows, who has experience a loss of a loved one, the sorrow eases but never goes away. Please don’t ever apologize for expressing those feelings, because those feelings are as natural as breathing. And those feelings honor those we have loved and loss. Congrats to you and Charlie! The wedding weekend was breathtaking!

My dad died when I was 21. I got married at 23 and took my bouquet to his grave to tell him I was married and I was ok. I always refer to it as “visiting my dad” not visiting his grave. I’m going to see my dad. I walked down the aisle on my own. It was such a bitter sweet feeling. I think it’s fantastic that you get to visit your dad too. Such mixed emotions x x

Oh, Josie...I wish I can give you the biggest hug right now. First time your mom was walking with you down the isle, as lovely as it was, made the absence of your dad painfully obvious and I sobbed just like I'm sobbing now. Emptiness that loved ones leave behind when they pass can't be filled by anyone and anything. Every person in our lives has their unique place and others can ease the pain of a loss, but the emptiness is still there to hurt. Sometimes it gets overwhelming, when we need them the most - to share the happiness or to seek comfort. I'm sure you can feel how much loved you are by your family, especially your mom. That's a blessing which always helps.XO

Dearest Josie and Charlie. I love the formality and attentive consideration you show one another. Charlie, what a beautiful gentleman you are. You focus completely on your Josie, and honor her in every way. When you said you wanted to take the weight of responsibilities to make sure her experience was perfect, I felt so thankful that you are who you are, stetting an example for how to be a man with the one you love. For me, just knowing you are both in the world, building your elegant lives, and not afraid to invest in the beauty that defines your style and exceptional taste, is a joy and inspiration. You have an innate way of elevating every day that you share together, and in turn share with us. How perfect that you found one another, and share beauty and meaningful elements of your lifestyle with us. I found the entire wedding experience you shared with us so very special and intimate. The fact that you found such a tasteful way to include us, made me personally feel that I had been allowed to attend the most beautiful wedding I have ever had the privilege of, other than my own. Dearest Josie and Charlie .I have to say that I was so brought to tears by all of your wedding vlogs and watched it all back to back here in Australia in ny Josie dress that ended up with a tonne of mascara (It also made me really homesick)..It was so lovely to hear the voice of reason too in Charlie when he talked about what your wedding should be and not to listen to others or put pressure on yourself I emigrated from the UK to marry my Aussie husband and we too had 60 guests, not a lot of money and my husband made the wedding cake,we shot some pool after, watched the cricket and the next day had breakfast with family, but to us it was perfect and we look back now on how far we've come together.I wish you all the joy and happiness in the world and thank you for sharing your beautiful day.xx

Dear Josie, I’ve only been watching your videos for a while now, but unbeknownst to you, you helped me in such a massive way. My Mum died at the end of May and we had her service very recently. I wanted to do her proud with the outfit I wore-she was ALWAYS beautifully dressed and despaired of her children!!- and I saw your Josie Amazon dress on one of your videos, and in desperation, not knowing if it would even fit, I ordered it. It did, and I wore it on that day, and can be happy knowing she would have approved. To end on a good note, she’s the type of woman who would have LOVED everything about your home, clothes, lifestyle and choices, and would probably have taken every opportunity to point it out to me 😂. So a heartfelt thanks from me, and I wish you and Charlie a lifetime of happiness, as little pain as possible, and all that you hope for yourselves. And to echo everyone else, I absolutely loved your wedding- you both have the best taste.

Hi Josie, I have never cried so much watching an “influencer’s “ videos as yours. I am only a couple of minutes into this one and tears are flowing as you talk about your visit to your hometown and your Dad! The universe is listening to you! 🥰❤️🇨🇦

Josie love your blogs, particularly the wedding. You made an exquisite bride, lovely you hosted it in your beautiful garden. Well done you and Charlie, a lot of hard work to produce a stunning property. Amazed how you find the time. I am a senior Canadian lady, just turned 80. For the most part really like your fashion choices, enjoy the home style content and your location in the Cotswolds, idyllic. The Brits do wonderful countryside. I did a post grad in Intensive Care nursing at the London Hospital in 1968-69. A great experience.

Thank you for sharing such a personal day. Josie, with your love of gardening I believe it is why the alignment of the childhood area happened. It is to show you a path to be part of the materials going into skincare products or involvement of. You are evolving and growing in your knowledge of plants. Your passion for holistic products. You are on a new journey with Charlie, who has influenced your growth also. Congratulations, and Charlie stated his thoughts for the male side of the wedding perfectly.
