Mysteries of the universe: 1) How did I not do this one before? 2) If I did it, how do I not remember it? 3) If I did it, how was it not saved to Tippy Top Best of All Favorites (a list I have yet to create but this will go there). I started off thinking, "This choreography is way too easy." The move you chose to teach as warm up seemed really simple. But then -- so many sequences added on, so many fun kicks and jumps, and you were not stingy with the repetitions. That was a full hour. What a great workout. Please never apologize for complicated or tricky moves, they are the fun ones that keep me here!!

This one was so fun!! I must've missed it the first time around. It was a double brain workout for me because my feet aren't quick enough for up and switch and I have trouble with crossing my feet on the bench so I had to find modifications and then TRY to remember them when you called the original move. Lol This one is DEFINITELY going straight to the 'repeat step' playlist. Thank you for such fun workouts!

That was amazing. I finalllllly got the V-step swing during the finale! Seemed like one of the easier moves but I seemed to swing the wrong leg every time 🤷🏻♀️. Anyway - nailed it at the end 🥰. My big question: how on earth can you be thinking about laundry when you are calling the choreography??? I almost fell off the step when you said that. You are truly the Stepping Goddess! 🇨🇦💕

I started this one and was really enjoying it but the ad breaks were ridiculous! Every 3 or 4 minutes 😫 so unfortunately i had to stop after about 20 mins or so. However, not all bad because i got to do another one of your workouts that have been lingering in my watch later folder and i still had a great morning!! ☺💕

I Barbara! Thanks so much for your message. The problem is when I use good music, whoever owns the rights to that music makes money on my video, not me, and they can place ads wherever they like. I cannot control this. They only way to not have this happen is to pay for youtube premium, sorry. It's not fun for me, putting all this work together and not making any money on my videos, believe me ❤️

Sorry but that's not how you should teach a coreografic routine on the step.. theoretically you should choose alternative steps and meanwile substituting them so the class will mantaine their cardio high and not slowing down to learn the coreography as the dancer do...still a nice workout thou...

Thank you Laura! I have been teaching step for 30 years. This is how I teach step. Everyone has different ways and this is my way. I don't do much breakdown in my intermediate to advanced as my watcher don't like it. Glad you still enjoyed it though.
