It's crazy how far I've come in a year. I went from not being to properly balance with a triple knee, to embracing my inner Michael and adding as many spins as possible.😂 It just goes to show that all you need is a positive attitude and desire to have fun with movement.🎉

The first time I attempted this a few days ago, I couldn't get it. 20 minutes in, I changed workouts. Today I tried it again and although I had a few missteps here and there, I was able to get through it all, and even smile :). I just found your channel a few weeks ago. I had not done step in years, using mine only as a bench for weight workouts. I forgot how much I love step! Your cue-ing is excellent, music is great and movement is so much fun! Thanks for all you do!

I'm sooooooooooooo glad you suggested this one; I never did it the first time and it was great! By great I mean I had to rewind and re-do a bunch of steps over and over (well, link the steps; the steps themselves were easy; it's all the transitions that are tricky). I love these complicated ones that I don't really master til the last round. Dropping this right into my Favorites list because I know it will be challenging and fresh and fun the next time I do it too!!
