Saw Dwight at Magic Mountain in Calif before he was famous. No one wears a cowboy hat or chaps/jeans better. Always dug his lead guitar player's sound 🎶🎵💚

Saw him 22 years ago at Austin City Limits Music Festival and again just a few months ago at Cook’s Garage in Lubbock, Texas. One of a kind. So much fun live.

"He Sang Dixie", "Thousand Miles" (not the one from the movie), "Route 23" are some deeper cuts by Dwight. Next should be "Streets of Bakersfield"

funny you mentioned a “psychedelic” sound - he toured with Lucinda Williams (who is awesome by the way and you should react to,) and Steve Earl - and it was called the LSD tour

Yeah cool guitar work, not familiar with him apart from his acting career, I think I already have a few favourite C&W but not huge fan, no shade though . Always good to hear new stuff 😊
