@@MyFoodForest Mainly I grow bananas , but over the last year Ive moved more in to syntropics and planting lots more sub tropicals , im hoping to have my first papaya next summer, can grow pineapples etc here and also colder climate stuff apples pears peaches galore nectarines, cherimoya, citris galore,nuts...if i beat the rats, Ive just planted moringa so hoping that does ok here , it should do, licorice is my current fav thing, and lots of diff veg etc in garden. Half my place is in native forest and I have pet donkeys and goats that eat the grass and getting a pet cow is next as need grass eaters and in exchange i will get cow poo for the gardens.. Very lucky, and like you I feel completely blessed and grateful every day. Thanks for the best vids that resonate so deeply. And for the wonderful recipies and food ideas...your dehydrated wraps are amaxing...ive just added a decent dehydrater to my wishlist.xx

I love your videos. Been meaning to ask you, you say you have a lot of papayas. Is there anything specifically you feed them that makes them fruit so abundantly or do you just water them a lot?

They get a lot of mulch like the rest of the garden! All organic matter that goes back to the soil and makes it better! I am growing soil:)

Hi, At 2:35, what is the plant that had a berry? It sounded like a vitamin leaf? What is the botanical name?; Would you list the names of the plants ?

yes it is vitamin leaf , also called sweet leaf or katuk.. Sauropus androgynus is a botanical name of Multivitamin Plant. I will make some short videos about the specific plants and names in the future!

Fruits contain lots of sugar, especially bananas and papaya. Eating a large portion of bananas and papaya DAILY like that for breakfast, lunch and dinner, is consuming way too much of sugar into the body. Too much is not good, moderation and small portion is key. A single banana itself contains lots of sugar, let alone making ice cream with so many bananas.

Thank you so much. Fruits and greens contain protein , and so do all natural foods,. Yes, sometimes I eat sprouted lentils , mung beans or fenugreek seeds on my salads. Yes, there are snakes here and I am always little aware of that.

Can cats eat raw vegan food? Are passion fruit seeds edible? Didn't they taste bitter and thus they can ruin the ice cream flavour?

Cats they can eat small amounts of raw vegan foods , I observe them eating different roots and leafy greens from the garden, they need it for digestion. I will not feed them papayas often , this is just a treat for one of my cats who is crazy about papayas. But cats can not be vegan - they are carnivores - and should have raw carnivore diet to survive! Passion fruits seeds are edible and unlike other seeds not bitter at all !! The whole passion fruit consists of Seeds and They are delicious and tasty!!❤

It is called Zen & Pur . its a second hand that someone gifted me.And its great. Dont know if you can find it in India! But you can also make ice cream single portions in a chutney blender jar! Works as well!
