one of them are red bananas , the others are plantains or cooking bananas which are delicious when they are ripe and sweet, and I also got karpuravalli bananas as we call them here in Tamil Nadu .

Hi. Following your recipe I made sauerkraut yesterday. I have been meaning to make it for a long time. You didn't mention the after steps. Like do you do burping or any checking or do you just leave it alone?

Yes, I check it and open the glass to release the air. Here it is so hot that the fermenting process goes really fast . Usually once it is a little fermented I store it in the fridge and the fermentation process continues slowly. I guess in each climate it is a little different and needs to be ajustted to it and your taste

Yes, I have them in my garden and just will plant more of these as by now I have tried them and they are super delicious. I am planning to start a big nursery with all the plant variety from my garden in the next month. You are welcome to visit and get some saplings
