One of the saddest tidbits about this movie is that Jordana Brewster (Mia's actress) recorded her phone call with Brian after Paul's passing... she literally tells a friend of over 10 years to come home safely because his family is waiting, while knowing he's never coming back in real life

@@jonbaxter2254 I always thought it was because of her unnerving and striking resemblance to Demi Moore. She is a good actress, but nothing necessarily standout. In this franchise she’s kind of just there and works better alongside Brian, which is why I don’t think she had a place in it after Paul’s passing. My favorite movie of hers is actually D.E.B.S. It’s campy as fuck, but it’s fun, she was great in it.

Djimon Hounsou is criminally underrated, I agree. He's great in anything that he does and doesn't get enough credit. Im still baffled as to how he hasn't lead his own movie yet, I always seen him as a side character. With a badass name like Djimon Hounsou you would think he'd get a leading role. DC has a version of the African Spider God Anasi as a superhero, I would love for him play that character. He also seems to be the one who gave animal powers to both Vixen and Animal Man, so there's a movie right there.

YES! I can't wait to hear you talk about next weeks movie. I watched it so many times as a kid, over and over. There's a lot to say about it, as it is pretty nuts in hindsight (and through adult eyes)

I can't believe you're doing The Transformers: The Movie! I was actually going to suggest it since it's one of my 3 favourite movies from childhood and I still love it but I understand when others don't. Plus Rise of the Beasts is coming out so the timing works. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this very divisive movie. And just it being in Caravan of Garbage will be awesome!

Yes, Tony Jaa, making his Hollywood debut! Seeing his other movies, I'm sure Jaa could have wiped out Paul Walker pretty easily in a real fight. While the movie doesn't make him and Brian evenly matched, they do at least allow Brian to be hilariously outclassed, as he spends both of their fights barely landing a hit while Jaa wipes the floor with him.

The "You're Welcome America" for Iggy Azalea while showing her engaging in some particularly hilarious appropriation is my favorite Aussie shoutout in a LONG time.

It'd be a bit weird if Tyrese's character was talking about Letty's funeral, since I'm pretty sure he didn't know her before she "came back from the dead"...unless he was also recruited by Brian for the thing that didn't actually kill Letty, but it's not like the F&F movies are really sure about continuity.

Seeing the Fast Saga through the lens of Caravan Of Garbage, great good fun. BUT I’ve been waiting for the animated Transformers The Movie forever… can’t wait!!! I’m broke, but I’m finally going in for full Big Sandwich.

The guys should do an Antoine Fuqua film quadrilogy or something... I watched Shooter (Marky Mark) again the other day and didn't realise he directed.

10:44 nerd fact: there is/was research being done into scaled type ceramic body armor like that seen here. The idea being it's lighter than a steel/ceramic plate while offering more protection than kevlar.
