Driver was very smooth with the steering input. That car is fast; 240 through the first compression, 230 through foxhole. It has more in it, but I respect the speed with a new car, and maybe not too familiar with the track. Thank you to the driver for sharing this wonderful car with us.

992 turbo s is really underestimated for being a track beast it’s beaten multiple track focused cars on street tires Porsche doesn’t wanna do the Nurburgring with this car because they don’t wanna admit that their “gt” car is a track beast

@@BixenteDelBosque The 992 ran on a “damp” track. How can you honestly compare a dry vs damp lap time? Carwow did a comparison at Spa between 992 TS vs 992GT3 on a dry track - the TS destroyed the GT3 on PZero. What does that tell you?

@@Uhmph ok I didn't know the 992 chrono was damp. About Carwow... 1) Mat is not a pro driver. 2) Spa is a very fast track where the turbo is clearly at his advantage. With a pro driver the GT3 would have been faster, and even more an a more standard/twisty track. Anyway both cars are great (991.2, 992 TS, GT3..) and the sunday drivers that the most of us are won't notice the perfo differences between a 991.2 and a 992 TS.

Lines were alright. Could have definitely been faster. Downshifts were often a bit delayed, but it was safer that way. Fun lap. Amazing car. Thank you for the ride along.

GT3 is quicker on track but after ten laps the driver of the GT3 would be rung out. Such a capable GT, although I might think about the 918 seat upgrade in my fantasy build

Bro, you should post lap times in the details or atleast in content as standard, even the ones you don't do full out or done with a novice driver. I'd watch just for the times. I'm in Texas and I'll probably never have a chance to do a lap but I'm always wondering "how fast was that"? Most likely I want to see if I can beat it in AC, lol. While it's a beautiful Turbo S, I'd really suggest this gentleman sells it for something he's more comfortable in and with, or if he's going to drive it like a street car, keep it on the street and off the track. Nothing upsets me more than someone who buys something just because they can, and doesn't drive it even 5/10ths it's comfortable limits. I used to live in Florida, right on the Gulf of Mexico, I'd see this daily, people with beautiful sports cars, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and just puttering around....worst was a rare American unicorn....a Hennessey Twin Turbo Corvette, the old one, it's was super cool, and the guy literally never even got into boost.... never, he was like an 80yr old woman driving an economy car, 10mph UNDER the speed limit and I never once heard the turbos spool up, I even yelled at him on occasion to "spool it up!" and he just puttered away 🙄
