Hello everyone, well it's good to be back. We had a bit of a setback due to unfortunate circumstances but we are cooking again and this time nonstop. We have some new equipment we are trying out and so far it is paying off. Here is another tutorial for those of you who want to attempt doing the nearly impossible but possible stucco repair on your own. Anything is possible right? I remember way back when I could not do this work. I could do some but I couldn't do the brown coat. I was working with a crew on custom homes in the union. I was getting frustrated. I told myself that when lunch time comes Im going to to get in my truck and drive home. Well lunch time came but I did not drive home instead I finished my lunch in the truck and when lunch time was over I went back and kept trying to do the work. It seems like after that lunch break, after that time I spent in my truck was the hump. Because after that everything started to get easier. Albeit it is still hard work. Soon I would be promoted to foreman then I would eventually get my license and have men working for me.

Nice spike in counterflash. thinking like mr. Water. Funny I use an electric power shot 1/2" staple gun to hang paper, hold down wiskers, hang mesh and sketty wire on tight spots. it was purely by accident when I went to patch a door with no room for big staple gun, had to break out the $10 pawn shop find to fit between the foam Detail and new prehung door. yeah i coulda used screws, but lil guns quicker for me. Turns out it gets miles of use. i prolly got near 10 of them lil guns now. Lots of times I use home cheapo luan door skin plywood for solid backing, especially on open stud walls tie ins. . the 1/2" staples are good at not hurting the plastic pex water pipes popular on plumbing repair now.

I like the plastic idea. We cut 10 min throw down cover paper rolls in half so even dirt stays clean and recycle any dropped mud, no cash in the trash. I spread patches with a old red float, it works the mud into the key ways good. I had my lather cut me some 2' !ong fry friglet channel butts it's from the in n out burger stand job that I screwed an old float handle on not necessary but easier for me. Drag trim shave baby rod. on bigger jobs we use the cut 55 gal blue mixing drum it holds 1 1/2 sks riverside plastic, then round shovel Mud into buckets with a shovel of rapid or eisenwall as needed. on may jobs there's nowhere to wash out. We use the little gray brute trash cans to wash into, recycle wash water for scrub too. Then dump it in my yard dumpster. So leave no trace except knocked out job. Keep spreading homey. Great vids...C-35 505383

@@carlbremer5576 Yes we do the same thing as seen in video. We weren’t there, but the job is done. Great tips for mixing with 55 gal barren cut short. Thanks! Home-slice

@@carlbremer5576 you can also pack open stud walls with insulation for good backing plus it will insulate the interior. But I do like the skin idea from home not so cheapo
