Watching Mr. Meadows always made me think of him as a father guiding his child. I think that's what many of us need in our lives. No wonder his work and presence is regarded so highly in the world

Alot of the sentiment of what he is saying in terms on learning from mistakes and not having paralysis of analysis, can be applied throughout life.

FASTED CARDIO VS NORMAL CARDIO If you are not fasted for at least 24 hrs to allow your liver glycogen to get fully depleted the cardio you are doing is not fasted cardio at all. It is just normal low intensity steady state cardio and a complete waste of time. If you are doing low intensity steady state cardio inside of 24 hrs you are mainly just burning calories due to glycogen and next to no body fat. Now if you are looking to cut serious body fat in the shortest period of time possible and want to get some great results from fasted cardio you would do the cardio after a minimum of 24 hrs fasted. For an extreme example I trained my ass off via weight training for the last 2 days fasted. Now today I will squat and then go for a 800-1600m swim @ 80 hrs fasted. Then tomorrow I will swim 800-1600m again before I finally eat....At this point every calorie I burn during these swims is basically pure body fat due liver glycogen as well as muscle glycogen being fully depleted. I don't do any steady state cardio unless I'm completely famished. This is how you get the best possible fat loss results!
