John..I used to race a 87 mustang in the mid 90s. It had adjustable uppers and lowers with an aftermarket rear sway bar. When we adjusted the rear pass side lower bar to correct the left pull we shortened the bar , not lengthening it. Rear drive, (like a fork truck) steers opposite of the front tires. My thought is lengthening the rear lower bar points the rear tires Moore in a right direction thus driving the rear more to the right and the front further to the left faster After your adgustment I did notice you were still fighting the car by counter steering the wheel and the tire tracks turned left from the starting line sooner than first run. I applaud your success and follow your channel. Take my observations and advice with a grain of salt. Keep safe man.

Can you make a video on how to spec a torque converter?

Call circle D and give them car weight, engine combo, gearing, purpose of the setup (racing, truck pulling etc)

I know you're talking about torque converters stuff but I was just curious the only advantage of the small block all aluminum would be less weight on the front of the car looks like the big blocks making pretty good power

I had a 245 mm converter built for my fox body and I cant wish for it to do anything different.

I understand if you dont wanna say but I'm wondering how much boost this bigblock is rated for about...like 35 40 psi or more? This car is freaking sweet! Not only does it look amazing but its fast! ❤

Based on his 1/8th mile ET he would be around a 7.0 assuming he has enough rear gear.

@onebads2kracingАй бұрын
you'll have to do math channel for 1st and 2nd gear, those 1st gear slip % is not that high, i have less then 2% slip by redline in first gear, you probably have the whole run mathed for a 1.0 gear. Circle D too the FRONT! nice job man!

If it was a ford engine we would never see it make passes because it would be blown up and waiting for parts

@@jkfonyi so I guess Bob Glidden always had a blown engine when he won all those races and John Kaase always has engines blowing up after winning several engine builder awards.

I also don’t like non OE engine swaps in street cars but in race cars it just doesn’t matter. He’s trying to win races not a trophy for best in show. The goal is the best HP for the $. Unfortunately Ford (I am a lifelong Ford fan) engines are significantly more expensive to build and maintain for the same power levels than a Chevy. It just is what it is. 🤷
@bigboreracing356Ай бұрын
Nothing Chevy about this engine other than design. Just like there is nothing left of the foxbody Ford suspension. You brand loyal cry babies need to stick with NHRA super stock racing and leave the noprep racers alone.
