I've farmed Chiltara for 2 days and I have an advise some guy on twitch told me. Put on Nagelring. As soon as I equipped mine 44% MF nagel I got the glimmering on the 4th try.

@@warlug I have a small question. Can you open the rainbow portal more than 1 time with 1 staff of herding? Also can you farm cosmic wings there?

@@leivendil8824 you can use the staff of herding unlimited times , but it I Opens the portal to whyimshire which doesn’t spawn the cosmic wings, that’s in whyimsdale

IceFall Caves and the Caverns of Frost. And it's a p.i.t.a to farm it from the Caverns.. grrrr. Chiltara doesn't always spawn, nor does the boss always drop the gemstone. I've probably tried 50 times now.

Make sure the Caverns of Frost spawn and not Icefall caves. He doesn't appear in Icefall Caves

Just remake game until you get the Chiltara bounty. It's the fastest method.

Liquid rainbow is NOT a guaranteed drop from the chest if it spawns.i done around 50 runs got the chest to spawn a few times but as yet no Liquid rainbow drop.

6:07 it really doesn't spawn a 100 percent of the time! Three times the guy has spawned, but the rainbow doesn't show up in the chest. Quite frustrating :) :)

Right. I thought I needed all of them. After looking at the blueprint, I saw we only had 3 pieces. Wtf. Consoles can acquire it easier? Fortunately I grabbed the shin bone, mushroom and Bell. Now just the gemstone..........

Ancient puzzle rings can be hard to find! He has a video about farming for puzzle rings. I think finding ancient specifically is all about the love of the RNG gods, but check the video out! It may help!

I just rerolled the stats of a normal puzzle ring until it became ancient. took about 10 tries but the RNG gods weren't really on my favor after about 10,000 blood shards anyway

Can always upgrade to Ancient from the Cube, Last Recipe, if you have salvaged a few primals for mats

No, you can use the staff endlessly for whismyshire - but if you use it in the altar you will have to make another one

Season 31 and it is requirewd again. BUT, 50+ times killing Izzy and that Plan will NOT drop! I have all the other ingredients...but no Plan! I have tried different levels and characters, restarts, everything I can think of ...nope. Tip: When farming Izzy, make a speed character to help find him. I use a Chicken Doc....

Are you killing Izual or Uzrael? My buddy told me it was Uzrael and I spent a lot of time killing the wrong boss. Then I killed Izual and they dropped immediately.

Dropped the stone from the other unique Lacuni, not from Chiltara though it has spawned on that run.

Playing on switch. Have mushroom, gemstone, leg, shinbone, plans, apparently rainbow doesnt exist, but cannot craft in Haedrig. Staff - All, its not in the craftable list. Anyone else experience this?

Liquid Rainbow doesn't spawn 100 %. I had to enter the secret cave 3 times.

This is BUNK.....streams that show drops (Gibbering Gemstone) are just click bait. I've been farming this item for a couple of weeks. Have killed Chiltara hundreds of times and nothing. Quickest way to get this drop is bull. Anyway...thanks for the strat even though it doesn't really make a diff.

It's random luck for sure. But, still a nice guide. After watching this, I did the mushroom quickly, then the shinbone and at last, I did perhaps 20 runs and 10 kills of Chiltara and it dropped the Gibbering. I already had the liquid rainbow and the staff recipe. So I used maybe 1-1,5 hour to get those 3 ingredients :)

@@warlug Bunk (maybe a little click bait'y in the comments, using Bunk). Streamer luck maybe! I just wish it was more consistent. These rare drop items are so frustrating for the casual player. I don't have a problem putting in the time to reach a goal, but randomish is not a goal. Give me a number of kills, even if it is a 1000, to reach. At least I know I'm making progress. Sorry just a rant about dealing with drop rates. I do appreciate all your content and have watched a ton of your season 28 videos. Thanks! (I'm on PS console. I know the recipe is different for Staff of Herding, maybe drop rates are different too)
