The whole game is the grind for sure but I think it's too often that people recommend SOLELY grinding. Like you can grind on any mission. It doesn't need to be time efficient, just have fun with it!

Missing part: 1. Gen seed spawn spot in a camp. 7:34 - just turn right to the first tent and it can be there behind the table (which is partially covered with green vines on a video). 2. Relic spawn spot in an area behind tent, where you find Armory Data #1. Just turn around and it will lay on stone in the opposite corner. Also, even though I spent around 60-70h on inferno, I've never seen relic to appear in a seed spawn spot and vice versa.

I told my buddies that this mission was the fastest. They didn't believe until we started timing the missions. With great RNG, not getting the gene-seed, and not killing the mini boss. We hit an 18min run on ruthless.

I'm so glad someone else recognizes Inferno's value, ESPECIALLY the possibility for that last relic spawn to keep the gene seed safe, even if the couple times I've made use of it, a rando teammate just grabs it again right away. I'm definitely going to be running more of it on ruthless for relic tier data grinding, I hope I'll get some boss spawns, so far I haven't seen any mini bosses on ruthless, so I've been very limited with relic tier data, but went with the excellent bolt pistol/chainsword combo first since it's so widely used, then plasma pistol and power sword for my bulwark, so my 2 level 25 classes, tactical being the other, have good relic tier gear. Now just need to level Tactical's primaries to upgrade them.

FYI, in the area where you have to search the bodies for the code, an armory data can spawn in the caves on the right side down a path in there. Found that one on one of my runs on that map 🙌🏽

There are a few more spawns for Relics (around 17:14 where you shoot the corpse, on the left is a Table, behind that. And I think 1 more for Geneseed, but other than that I appreciate the video!

I've found the 2nd mission is alot faster than the 1st mission. Especially if you have a heavy and sniper to kill the hive tyrant asap. Just keep running. The most time consuming part is running of course, and the bomb plants to bring the supports down.

It’s been mathed out extensively already. Mission 1 is by far the fastest. It’s also the easiest and least affected by rng. Mission 2 can be ruined by a bad variation and the mandatory final boss along with the forced cinematic elevators and bridge destruction adds time that can’t be improved.

Don't know if it's your thing, but most of the bigger creators on this game have their own Discord servers, where you can often look for groups to run missions with, whilst having a voice channel for communication. (examples that come to my mind are Italian Spartacus, True Vanguard and Claysthetics). Found some great online buddies this way, if none of your "physical" friends are playing a game that you enjoy. Honestly ive been running mission 2 alot where you fight the hive tyrant and its been going very quickly a bit harder then mission one considering there is a boss encounter but feels faster

PSA: There is another Gene-Seed location between #2 and #3, in the generator room during bomb deployment. Facing the exit door from the center, go left. There are going to be some boxes and barrels stacked in a corner where the wall of Generator 2 and the wall to the left of the exit door meet. The Gene-Seed can sometimes appear behind those cabinets in front of the very large stacked boxes.

I still think the 2nd mission is faster to run for XP tbh, it has less stages to go through, you can run through check the spawn points for seed/data and be on your way.

Tip for those struggling with ruthless missions, play fall of atreus mission. 25% of the mission has you escorting a dreadnaught that can effectively kill majority of the enemies for you. Cut yiur teeth on that mission and you'll be able to run ruthless on any difficulty soin enough.

12:30 That nid drop pod has a chance to not spawn and then nids just come pouring in from the sides. Ran with a buddy last night and we were just waiting there to jump the nids only for them to jump us instead. Happens maybe once in every ten runs or so.

The third mission is wayyyy faster if you just want to speed level since you don’t have to fight any bosses/final waves and instead just capture those eyeball shrines and dodge roll until you win, doesn’t matter what difficulty, I did it with bots too. Edit: For whatever reason when I first ran mission 3 during the big elevator section, there was a part where it stopped and I had to press 2 buttons within 20 seconds to make it continue, but for some reason whenever doing my dodge roll speed run it completely skips that step, I think by rushing through the level is causing some kind of skip to occur, take advantage of it now while you can… and I’m not kidding there’s only 1 part of the mission where you actually have to fight stuff. That’s it, just roll through the whole thing, you can roll while capturing the shrines too.

I think its a random "event" that can happen because the missions seem to have different things sometimes like the crane stopping on Inferno when you are lowering the bombs. If you play with bots the ones where you have to coordinate with your team may be disabled since it would be impossible to complete it (or very hard/frustrating at least) but thats a good point

If your you play with friends i find decapitation much much faster to speed run, its a little rng on the bomb plant section but most of the time its 3 or 4. The bridge is super easy and hive tyrant can basically be one shot and you can just sprint to elevators in the underground areas Bulwark tactical sniper/heavy. Two people take shocks one takes melta Bulwark debuff on shock plus allspec scan and its basically insta dead

Want to level fast? Pick any stage. Set it to highest difficulty, and understand that even if you’re low leveled the idea is to Run past everything by using the following classes: Heavy-Sheild Sniper-cloak Vanguard-fly in Assault- Jump. Preferably sniper really since he’s the slayer of big bad bosses, and is the best medic in the game. Grab every krak grenade you can find on the way. If you come up to a boss or a scenario you can’t run past beat it (like a horde or something) then use all of the krak grenades on the boss. If it’s a horde then deal with the horde. Run past everything, if someone dies you will hopefully be to far away for it to be a problem and will probably spawn them in/teleport your allies that chose to stay and fight. You can run past stages like the first and second one in about 15 minutes if your squad is solid enough. I do not recommend the sand level or the level you have to push that stupid cart as the first level has 2 spots that you have to deal with and both can be very tricky, especially if a big boss shows up. The other level is a 1k sons level, and while it’s cool enough up until the end, the end absolutely sucks, and 1k sons are no joke. You may be wondering why I didn’t include bulwark, or tactical, but it really doesn’t matter which classes you take so long as you have one guy using every ability he has to run past everything. In fact, run into a boss and have the tactical use his special move that doubles the damage that boss takes, and hit him with everything you got. Krak grenades stick to enemies and do huge damage whenever they stick to em. 6 krak grenades brings the hive tyrant down to 25% on either bar of health.

They're in the warp ;) but i'm saying it's a "pure" geneseed spawn - as in it ONLY spawns geneseed. They often share spawns. There are also "pure" relic spawns

I wouldn’t recommend bots on higher difficulty, unless you have an excellent grasp of the game mechanics, and good twitch gaming skills. The bots are ok, but their AI is mediocre at best, unlike the AI director.

At 12:30. Can't you stand in the zone where the drop pod lands to entirely negate the drop swarm? I've done it before. If you stand where its supposed to land, it never comes. I just don't know whether those enemies are added to the main swarm.
