I just discovered a really random thing that might help people that don't have any cold resistance yet. BTW this is only helpful if you need to go AFK for a moment. If you equip the torch and go AFK, your character will automatically holster the torch after a few seconds and you will start to freeze. If you equip the torch and then select a dance emote like "Dance the night away", your character keeps the same warmth you had with the torch being held.

Velvet with Blackstone bonuses, if your not wearing blackstone, you dont get the extra resist 2.5 resist, or 5 resist if you changed second stardust option to cold ore per piece.

PSA: if you have a chef's knife there is a chance to get more feathers per kill

I think the "huge elemental damage bonus" is in the updated set bonus when you craft with cold crystal ore. Its counts as a seperate set, so you have to craft all 4 with one ore or the other, but it jumps from 35% total damage increase to 40% increase.

Il go for the Mountain Cowhide and get Cold Resist and Frost Resist +15, Max Load +20 for each part-. So chesst+pants = +30 cold/frost resist and +40 load = awesome! :D Farm Buffalos like hell 2 get them, already works even on level 1 buffalos but the RNG to getting them is a pain! :P

Dampened state increases Heat Resist but reduces Cold Resist. The 150% would be a debuff if your in a cold area, buff if in a fire area.

The Legendary rated skins for Bears are much better. Same resist, but additional HP regen on kills at cold temps. Harder to get, but well worth the effort imo.

Hey what would u suggest should we make 2 separate chest and leg armour for cold and heat? I was thinking to use 1 piece for cold and 1 for heat and then use Heatium, coldium or ice crystals, fire crystals and food items to maintain body temperature If u can try finding mountain Cow hide its golden varient of normal cowhide it gives +15 cold resistance and +20 max load or floting ice bear skin +15 cold resistance and 5% heal when killing enemy bellow 10c which is most of the time

nobody love lmg scrap. Lol. have yet to see one appeared. But if you ever do try it , use cage helmet.

well if u like PvE then the "next" scenario that just released and is the newest content is Way of Winter. u could technically do manibus hard mode which would give you another seasons worth of upgrades and materials but it would be a repeat of the same exact content and i doubt many players would be doing it. id recommend after manibus to jump into way of winter.
