Also, I did the math, at the absolute maximum capacity right now you can get 27,000 Tickets in a day and some hours, this assuming you stay up for an entire day and more (so you have no responsibilities to deal with) You do 24 of each of Group 1's challenges (Green Hill to Hill Top) in the day, which'll give you 18000 total You do 4 of all Group 2's challenges (Speed Jungle to City Escape), giving you 6000 total and 2 pairs of the Group 3 challenges (Space Colony ARK to Pumpkin Hill) which will earn you 3000 total This, naturally, is inhumane but if you can keep this up consistently you'll get the pass done within 4 or 5 days, assuming you have literally nothing else to do in your life, which most people are not that unfortunate.

@@mellow23141 you need 4 people in a race for it to be worth it (40 tickets). One player races only give 5 tickets, while 2 player races give 10 tickets. Meanwhile, time trials give 15 tickets so if you don't have 4 people to race with just do the time trials (emerald hill 1, lost valley 3 and green hill 1 are the shortest ones).

It depends on 4 other people also having no life, and for you guys to only do Metal City AND for all 4 of you to be aware of and use the Metal City OoB glitch to do the race as quick as possible. But that's, again, very hard to calculate because of its innate inconsistency.

3:54 this is nothing like it sonic forces speed battle had an diffent way of doing it sonic forces tou have red rings to get extra cards they give multiple time to do it and if you only have an day to do it they let you buy more cards with your red rings sonic speed simulator is way worse they make you spend all of your time on it. Honestly i just do the missions in forces speed battle like 2 or 3 times per day and at least get the skin at level 1 after a week so yeah speed sim's grind way worse.

The idea of having to actively play the game is something that I've been sorely missing since Adventures were removed and lots of the mechanics nowadays are just solved by an AFK autoclicker. (Gold Eggs, old Fast Pass, etc) I'd love this system SO much more if they actually adjusted the level up values. It remains entirely unchanged from Seasons 1/2, and as it stands right now, you can't unlock Holiday Shadow even if you do all the tasks once a day. I don't want to dedicate my entire life to this game man. I wouldn't mind the world specific challenges and would in fact want MORE of them if the fast pass was actually balanced around it. Give me a reason to play Tornado Assault and fight Super Neo Metal from time to time. Maybe make the world specific challenges give double tickets and lower the level up requirements so you can actually beat it by playing once a day for like 10-15 out of the 28 days. Oh and you should be able to start all the challenges from Green Hill. I also saw the idea floating around of keeping the tickets for Auto-Run, but having a daily cap so you can't just do it all over one night, and you're still encouraged to play actively when new challenges happen. I honestly do want them to keep this system in place heading into Season 4 and beyond, BUT they need to make the neccessary tweaks to make it more feasible to complete.

@@leleeleeee-p4z How it currently works is you have to play MULTIPLE times a day, since the cooldowns are less than a day. Thats why they said scheduling your life around the game is required. You'd end at around Level 25 by only doing it once a day.

This is an over 100 hour grind and besides doing the challenges multiple times per day, you would have to spam time trials or races to even have a chance getting these skins. :/ I don't blame you for wanting to quit the game though. I already feel sick from grinding 28 hours :( This amount of grinding is ridiculous and most people won't even be able to get these skins (because people have to go to school and work and not everyone can grind flipping over 100 hours for only 2 skins) :/

I have a way to fix this and satisfy both camps. Tickets return to the ground of all worlds and Auto Run. AFK users can get tickets on the ground in all zones, this means Auto Run is viable, but Friend Boost does not apply in Auto Run so it takes longer. Active users get more Tickets from completing challenges, and the tickets you receive are boosted by Friend Boost if you grab them manually on the ground or in races. Cooldowns get halved for Challenges. Green Hill-Hill Top: 30 minutes, Speed Jungle-City Escape: 1 hour and 30 minutes, Space Colony ARK-Pumpkin Hill: 6 hours. Boom. Just a few changes and now it is easily possible to grind the pass out within the allotted time whether you're AFK or Active.

Probably yea. At least with the gold eggs I give up because gambling and limited quantities in the first place but the skins on passes aren't limited quantity so it incentives you to struggle trough this grind.

The funniest thing is that with keeping the system of Auto-Running to get tickets in place, people were having more hours on the game because they were AFK. Now people just play for around 10-15 minutes, then log off.

If You Want Players To At Least Play, Just Have Each Challenge Half An Hour Apart But You Start Instantly For Green Hill, Then Get Half An Hour Increase Wait For The World Increase. While It's Still Wait Game At Least You Got One Challenge Constant. Tho For That Too, You Increase Each Challenge By 50. Honestly i don't see the problem with AFKing the passes. Like they still get the increased playtime amount, even more than when they're forcing people to play the game (since people used to leave auto run during nights, while with these challenges they only log in for a few mins when they reset). So why not allow us to AFK it? It's not like this will boost players talking to each other either, most will just spam races or time trials alone and shut up. Not to mention those who play in private servers either. They only removed the afk option just to force players to buy that shitty skip 5 levels thing which is really scummy.
