unfortunately no. you’ll need to get a lot of power in your wind up and windmill for a rise ball, so without a windmill it will not rise!

You don't find a four seam has more bite ?

I don't think it matters because the spin rpms aren't high enough to make a difference. A four seam spin should always create more movement.
