I love how the seals are just lounging around the walkway when you're on it, but as soon as you jump over or walk off of it, they go running. Danger on the sand, a-ok on the wood.

Good morning Tony! I am laughing at the seal that is right in front of you. He's checking to see if you're really coming before he bolts off...watch this video because I'm sure you haven't noticed him. As soon as you made the slightest movement he turned...then stopped and turned to look again and then WHOOSH...he was ready to go. What a smart little guy!

28 seals and now onto number 29... Not only have y'all saved their lives, but their progeny, and therefore the life and health of the colonies. Thank y'all so much for the work y'all do with so much love, kidness, caring, compassion, determination, strength, courage, and sheer force of will 💪🏽💖

Thank you for your kind words! While we’re deeply committed to helping the seals, we know our work is just a small part of a much bigger battle. Our rescues highlight the urgent need to address the root causes of ocean pollution-like our reliance on single-use plastics and the gaps in law enforcement and recycling efforts.
