crepe recipe: 1 cup milk 3/4 cup flour 1 egg pinch of salt dash of vanilla ------------------------- 1. pour all ingredients into a bowl, and mix well 2. heat large pan to med-high heat (around 6 on digital stove or just past mid on dial) 3. after pan is heated enough so a drop of water evaporates in 5-6 seconds, add around 1-1.5 tsp of butter to pan 4. spread butter around pan 5. pour some batter into pan, pick it up and spread it around by tilting pan 6. experiment with the amount of batter you need so it covers nearly the whole pan as thin as possible 7. after top of crepe becomes no longer shiny (solid-looking), flip crepe 8. cook other side until slightly browned 9. repeat until batter is gone, add toppings, and voila! topping ideas: strawberries+nutella, whipping cream+banana+syrup, fried egg+spinach+feta+almond SOMEONE PLEASE COOK THIS ITS AMAZING

Tasty and easy to make omelette pizza breakfast : Things you need - a small deep pan with a lid - 4 eggs - a bit of butter - a few slices of pepperoni - a slice or two of cheese - half of a paprika - spices like salt, pepper and personally I love to add a bit of garlic grains How to make: - break the eggs down into a small bowl or whatever you want to mix them in - slice the paprika into small pieces - throw the paprika into the unmixed eggs together with the spices of your choice - mix everything together until the eggs look like one liquid and completely broken down - put the pan on very low heat and spread the little piece of butter all over - put the pepperoni slices on the pan - put cheese on top of the pepperoni - cover it all with your broken down yolks - put the lid on and wait about 10-15 minutes - take the lid off and you should have a puffy pizza omelette It might sound really bad to some of y’all but trust me, just try this. It’s a breakfast full of protein and good carbs to fuel you through the day.

This is a recipe I grew up with, it's much healthier than cereal and it tastes awesome. Oatmeal Porage: 2 Cups Oats 1/3 Cup brown sugar 1 Tsp Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp Ginger 1/8 Tsp Ground Cloves 1 Tbs Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp Salt 1 Tbs Molasses 2-3 Tbs Unsalted Butter 2 Eggs 3 Cups Milk 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract Make sure to let it sit for a couple minutes after mixing everything together that way the oats soke everything up well. Then pour it into a baking pan (Glass pans work the best) and cover it with plastic wrap, let it refrigerate over night then bake it at °375 F. in the morning. You can eat it just like it is or pour milk over it in a bowl, it's really good with milk.

I cook A LOT! For fun, I have often taken up part-time jobs at various restaurants. I’m an old man, 44 years old, but I like that part-time side job. I’m Canadian but now living in Kobe, Japan and I still pick up side gigs at restaurants.... cooking doesn’t need to be complicated, just use fresh ingredients and do it from scratch. Caprese salads are easy and good. Very simple. Halved cherry tomatoes, lots of fresh basil and parsley, fresh mozzarella (like bocconcini for example), diced red onion. Oilive oil and balsamic. Salt and pepper, and that’s it!

Recipe - 2 slices of bread, marinara, cheese, eggs, and anything else you would like in a sandwich but that’s what I like. Then put the cheese on the bread and put it in the oven set to 350 - 400. After cook two eggs and watch the bread so it doesn’t burn. Next once the two pieces of bread in the oven have melted cheese and are crispy take them out. Lastly you want to place the eggs on the bread pieces with marinara on the bread. Ready to eat and it’s good😊

Ingredients for grilled salmon 4 8-oz. skin-on salmon fillets 3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, plus more to finish 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar 1 tsp. dijon mustard 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish Cooking directions Preheat grill to 400 to 450°. 2 Brush the salmon evenly with 2 tablespoon olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir together the vinegar, remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, mustard, and paprika. Set aside. 3 When the grill is hot enough, oil the grates. Place salmon on the grill grates skin side down; brush with the vinegar mixture. Cover, and grill until the salmon releases from the grill with a gentle nudge, about 5 minutes. Flip the salmon, and grill until the salmon is cooked through to your desired doneness, 2 to 3 minutes more. 4 Garnish with parsley and season with more salt, if you like.

I have a recipe for just white rice that you buy in bags that you can get at your local walmart or dollar general 1.Pour your rice into any bowl that you want big or small and fill it up with I would say a cup of rice and for a big bowl probably 2 cups or more i usually just eyeball it, 2.Put water into your bowl and fill the water just a little above your rice. 3. Put it in the microwave for 16 minutes if you used a big bowl and for a little bowl i would say about 12ish minutes. 4. Once it is done put two spoon fulls of butter the butter amount depends on what bowl you used. 5. Then your done and I recommend puting cilantro, lime juice or salt and some sort of meat. If you put to much butter you can mess it up so just be careful on how much you put same goes for the lime juice :)

7:06 - I'm not an alcoholic myself but, there had been times when I would not drink sensibly. Now I drink a bit more sensibly, I even found I lost 2st 7lbs (35lbs) in just eight weeks! In case you're asking, I'm 5ft 11in and the last time I weighed myself, I was 11st 7lbs (161lbs).

healthy protein smoothie recipe for bulking. 1 and a half scoop of vanilla whey powder half a cup of frozen strawberry and blueberry almond milk 2 tablespoons of oats 1 tablespoon of peanut butter half a cup of ice. Break the ice before for better mixing, put all the ingredients in the blender and mix till it gets consistent, you can add some pieces of oreo, granola or cereal if you want some crunchy stuff, enjoy.

I love to cook those fish that came in tomatoe sauce.... and i add some dice garlic, onion and a dice tomatoe.... let the onion and garlic get transparent... and then i add the fish... let them all heat and serve it with some rice on the side and a loaf of bread

rice, cooked with some mixed frozen veggies of choice, abondant curry spices, tumeric, ginger if you like, salt, pepper, you steam everything and once it's done you mix it in a pan with some canned mickerel, it's very quick and easy and it's a complete meal i often cook, it takes around 25mins and you can make more portions

17:41 not much of a crazy runner, but did a little running in the summer and two 3 month cycles of cross country, and I will say, running on a treadmill is easier, but running outside is just more fun, you feel great afterwards most likely cause of natural light, and nature. It’s just great ngl.

Going outside is is better, cuz. You get the heat, you get your ankle mobility, and you get to see the outdoors.
