If this episode kept going, I’d be listening to Joe tell stories for hours on hours. He’s legendary, humble, genuine, raw, hilarious, animated, very NY, & extremely entertaining. I’m NY biased & he’s an amazing storyteller. Anyone who came from the 90s & remained successful up until now is a different breed. His ability to adapt is underrated. 💪🏾💯

Chef is correct! It takes about 80k to startup which includes compliance. The price of food trucks went up during the pandemic because so many people had to close their restaurants. I went to Concession Nation in Deerfield where they build and sell food trucks. Not only did the price go up but it now takes 6 months to a year for manufacturing.
