Thanks for the information Ben. I'd have to say in my opinion you are the best at what you do. Educational scientific motivational and just real. A lot of other people use gimmicks loud speaking trying to be funny. It's like cut the s*** and let me know what I need to know.

Ha I love that point about hunger! That’s exactly what I think! I get those hunger pangs and I’m like yaaaahhh baby burn that fat 😆i literally think “yeah be hungry b!tch 😂😂I welcome the feeling honestly. But I switch over to fat burning quick and efficiently. Then workouts go so hard!!🔥💥⚡️Then when I do eat, after an epic day of workout and/or long shift at work, the “bland” clean foods are just exquisite. I prefer the “blandness” or what some might consider Bland. Not me though. REAL food is SO GOOD and fuels my VITALITY and ZEST for life. But yes I enjoy the hunger pangs, that disappear relatively fast actually. Except when I’m trying to go to sleep, then it’s not so pleasant. But later eating and IF fixes that 👌🏼what a great video from you Ben! And it’s lame that sOcIeTy think that ANY type of restriction is DiSoRdErEd eAtInG 😒wrong! I’m just vain af lol and LOVE to be Lean, Muscular and Healthy! Shout out from your female fans Ben!!
