@@hiup8373 there are numbers of app (one of it is healthify me) download it and track your calories intake. Take a high protein diet and do 1 hour of exercise. It's a continuous process, believe in the process you will get results. Some imp points:- * Start preparing meals yourself or eat home cooked food * Each meal should be consist of protein veg:- paneer, dahi,buttermilk, daal Nonveg:- chicken breast, fish, egg white * If u eat outside, eat healthy options like idli, dosa, chille, appe, litti chokha (make sure u don't eat chatni,sambhar too much) *Don't eat after 7:30-8 pm * Drink 4 liters of water * if you are planning for cheat meal, then skip 1 meal of that day or next day Start your journey, u will automatically learn and manage things.

asa nhi socho bacha focus on being healthy if your height is short focus on getting to a good figure u can watch the videos of chloe ting she is also short there many girls who don't have a perfect height but by having a good fig they manage to look fit so focous on loosing weight let your faimly member talk shit about u u matter yourself the most so go ahead make your insecurities your strength

Didi mera bhi fun banaya jata h ki me running nahi kar pati but there was a problem because mujhe knok knee h isliye I am alonee
