To clarify, the copilot never said "That's not right". According to the CVR, what he actually said was "That one has failed!". Nevertheless, this was a series of unfortunate and really shocking events: anomalous thrust levers, the Captain becoming incapacitated due to a heart attack, no one left to guard the throttles and retracting the slats and co-pilot probably in shock at seeing his captain collapse thus missing the dangerous banking because of the thrust levers going to idle.

Not only was he distracted but the visibility was so poor that he had very little time to take in what his instruments were telling him with everything going on with the pilot. Such a sad turn of events

I think the co pilot should have focused on flying the plane instead of waking the captain, saving the lives of 59 people including himself was more important than trying to help the 1.

There was a problem in the auto throttle when the pilot move back the throttle so the left throttle goes to idle so the left throttle gone to idle and the plane banked to left and crashed

As a romanian myself, this is all the info i can give. So TAROM Flight 371 was a scheldued flight from Bucharest (Henri Coandă International Aiprort) to Brussel (Brussel-Zaventem International Airport). After the plane took of, everything seemed normal, or unfortunetly that's what the passangers thought in wich the plane actually had more belgians (32 wich were all passangers) than romanians (9 passangers and 11 crew) in addition with 3 americans, 2 spaniards, 1 thai, 1 french and 1 dutch if i'm not wrong. After 1 and a half minutes after take-off, the 48 years old Captain Liviu Bătănoiu had a heart attack and became incapaccitated, leaving the F/O (First Officer) 51 year old Ionel Stoi. He was unnable to control the plane since he only had 650 hrs on the Airbus A310 (the model of the crashed aircraft), besides the Captain's 1735 hours on it. Only 2 minutes after take-off, the plane banked left, entered a nose-dive and crashed into the ground killing all 60 people on board in the village of Balotești, making it the deadliest Air Disaster in Romanian history. People were schocked, Belgians from the Brussel-Zaventem airport were also worried bcz they saw that the Aircraft wasn't coming. Rip Everyone 🕊️
