Gaslighting is a major sign you're dealing with a narcissist... I just last month had to serve my ex with a domestic violence restraining order because she was abusive physically and verbally consistently throughout the whole relationship. And yes Tripp Gas lighting was one of her main tactics... She would bring up my my family and my relationships with them a lot like my father and how I told her he was mean to me growing up like a lot of dads are to their sons and she would use it against me pretty much everything I told her about my history like when my dad cheated on my mom she would just use those things against me over and over until I would become angry and then I was the bad guy she would then be able to point the finger at me as if I was the a******... Be careful of narcissistic women that make everything your fault and nothing is theirs they are perfect

Tripp, I've always wondered what happened between you and her, after you guys travelled to Southeast Asia and The Maldives together. She seemed shy on camera, so I am shocked to hear that she punched you in the face..... I guess the old saying "don't judge a book by its cover" rings true in this case.

Had a genuine narc ex gaslight on a level I never thought existed. The mental gymnastics to contort the facts was insane. Still saw it out till the final discard…. Biggest lesson of my life.
