Me and my ex officially split in April 2022 bc he told me he wanted to focus on himself which I knew was an excuse to talk to someone else. There was sometime where we didn’t talk as much but he still kept in touch and would text me but it wasn’t as consistent as before. He would also text me out of no where accusing me of talking to other people. He would also text me but would avoid trying to see me. But I recently found out that he talked to someone in June 2022 and got them pregnant and I found out in May 2023 when the baby was born. The best thing to do immediately after the split is go Zero Dark Thirty. Disappear, go ghost on her, hit the gym and start bodybuilding. Keep a high protein diet, grab some powerful supplements, and fortify your body. Get busy staying positive around other positive minded people in the gym, and start talking to other women. The gym is full of hot women and they will definitely notice you. Save money, make more, spit game to other women you meet in public, get numbers, set dates, and stay on the grind. If you follow these procedures, you won’t care what your ex is doing. To move on faster, don’t be viewing her social media or contacting anyone she knows. coach i'm confused! can you elaborate something for me plz? it's about the formula you said, a month for every year... i was with my ex for a year and a half before she broke up with me, so what you are suggesting is that she can move on and heal completely in a matter of 1 month??! is that even possible? specially in my case,she was a dismissive avoidant so she was completely shut down in that first month! so her first reaction to my no-contact strategy was about 1.5 month after the break up, and in the 2nd month she got into a new relationship, up to now which is month 3 , i was operating based on the assumption that it is a rebound relationship but what you are suggesting is that this is a valid and genuine relationship? am i correct??
