I'm 46, never married. Simply put, I'm tired. Exhausted. I do date occasionally, but it usually involves driving upwards of 50 miles (location is an under-discussed facet of dating). Don't get me wrong, this is good, solid advice. Having said that, like a late-stage rocket booster burning out, I have lost a lot of motivation over the years. I concentrate on the things in life that are much more likely to have a good rate of return for my efforts (job, music, church, house maintenance). And damn if dating doesn't slip further down my list of priorities as I age. I'm still open to dating and a relationship if a lovely lady wants to spend time with me. But deep down, I know better.

Taking the lead doesn’t guarantee attraction. Just like women only want approaches from men they’re into, they’ll only follow men they genuinely respect and feel compatible with. A woman’s willingness to follow your lead often reveals her true interest. Confidence in your leadership and plan is key but remember, if she doesn’t follow, it’s a sign of incompatibility, not something you can 'fix' by being more 'alpha.' And I’m not sold on the whole 'sh*t test' idea; if she’s second-guessing your date plans or trying to steer things elsewhere, that’s low interest and worth taking seriously.

I was raised to be the ass kissing people pleasing 'nice guy' I was also raised that confidence is being some 'my shit don't stink' type of person; very cocky and arrogant. I'm trying to get rid of that part of me. I'm in my 40s so maybe it's too late for me to find someone, but even then, some of this is good advice.

No its not too late. Its only too late if you tell yourself its too late, So dont do that. Go hit the gym, get in shape, take care of your hygiene, and get out there and talk to women. Plenty of guys your age get women. A lot of women even prefer older men. It may be hard at first since your going out of your comfort zone but this is necessary if you want to succeed. It’s just not the abundance mentality, you have to look at it from a standpoint “how does this woman add value to my life, other than looks”? And you need to have the confidence to be cold and stoic with women. Men that are people pleasers don’t get anywhere. I went on a first date with a woman for drinks and for the second date the woman demanded we go to a nice fancy restaurant for dinner and my immediate thought was “what has she done to deserve a free meal from me”. So I jokingly said “are you buying dinner”…. And she looked at me as if I was from another planet. You always need to act as if you’re the prize and the women need to prove it to you. Adopt this mindset and it will change your dating game.

Ok...now do a video on what to do when you've gotten into great shape and built a confident, charismatic personality, yet still struggle to get any interest from women. This video is very useful if you're living life on Normal difficulty like he is, where doing those things gets you the expected results of getting girls, but what about the guys who aren't living life on Easy mode and can do all of that, yet get no difference in results? I mean, 100 days? Really? I've been doing the things he's talking about for almost a decade and my results are still abysmal. I'm not afraid to escalate out of fear of rejection, I'm afraid to escalate out of fear of getting reported to management for "making her feel uncomfortable".

I've been doing this for almost 10 years, so it's definitely not a volume issue because I've approached easily thousands of women at this point. And yeah, I've learned the hard way not to approach women at work, the gym, the grocery store, or anywhere that you frequent because if she doesn't like you, you'll quickly get a bad reputation.
