If you don't respect culture and language you will not survive vn. Culture is a big thing for vietnamese people! family gathering with bunch of uncles and aunties, eating all kind of food, married to her family not just her. Communication is key to every relationship if you can't speak vietnamese or able to express your feelings & make sure you have a great job & money.

My issue is (since I've not been to VN yet), I just don't know how they view guys in wheelchairs. I'm a bit older (54), not the greatest looker and so I don't expect much. I'm fun and sociable (smoke but don't drink). I know some cultures look negatively on disabled or completely shun them. I can handle that, as long as I know what I'm in for.
