I think it is mentioned that Spellwarding can be used to soak the hammer around 4:15 in the video. This isn't accurate as the hammer deals physical damage, not fire/holy.

I kind of want it to be mandatory on mythic to soak holy and fell orba on both sides for maximum damage output. But considering what you said about orbs splashing their colors, that could end up catastrophic.

We found easier to move clockwise around the boss when the infusion type changes. It's way more forgiving if someone wasn't ready or has high latency, since you'll only be moving with people of the same infusion.

I do think the tactic for soaking the orbs in the shield phase is much easier if you just stack up a bit away from the boss so range dps can dps while melee soak the orbs for them thats how we did it yesterday on heroic and it was much easier then the melee stacking soak tactic

Honestly, the hardest part of this fight is the random Unstable Infusions. Depending on how many in a group get Unstable Soul, you can end up with a lot less people to soak her next hammer. And Unstable Infusion's always followed up with a hammer.

the thing is unstable infusion just gives 3 people a bomb the other one is the infusion that may change your debuff wich is in between hammers so thsi should be no problem if people aren't colorblind

Yep, I fixed it x3 meant when Unstable Infusion goes out, it's usually followed by a hammer, and bad luck can lead three Fel, for instance, having to jump before an Obliterating Hammer, meaning quite a few people less to eat the damage.

Question: Dead teammates in the fighting area also change their fel/holy debuff. From what I see, if you have fel and your dead teammate has holy, if you stand on/near them, you will get the bomb. Is this correct?

I found that if you jump into the pit that will increase your chance of being blown back into pit by someone else exploding bomb.simply let yourself slide/faLL off the edge and when i do that i never have been blown back into the pit on my way up by somebodys bomb.

Nobody tells you this but, during Hammer, If you are a DK and want to try to use Anti-Magic Shell to absorb damage, don't use it on the way down. If you have Mirror Ball, it will also dispel the hammer debuff. And you will fall to your death.
