@Massimo Pozzoli There is a Schoeps miniature mic visible in the corner of the room at 39:00 for example. It casts a shadow to the wall. But yeah, you can achieve that with pretty directional mics. I mean some ceiling mounted Hypercardioid might be in place as well. But yeah, sounds really nice! Happy that people notice good audio work :)

my god, I want to know the story behind this.. Was she his girl and mad at him for something? Was she hoping to get some from John instead of her boy that night? Was this a thoughtless act by him after shortly knowing this lady, assuming because he could put his arm around her he could go in for the kiss? Will we ever know? All I can do is, assure you his lips are blue.

I think in a nut shell the fact that fans seem to never understand that artists are human beings not fucking posters to idolize is the problum for many performers.Kurt cobain poked fun at himself many times and i respect a musician who can make fun of the rediculouness of the whole situation.I think a good and special musician is the one who can feel uncomfortable and not sure that what hes doing is the right thing. That is what many have struggled with including lennon!!!do you get me?
