Baby backs are ok but spare ribs i think are way better but each their own, I've always used the 3 - 2 - 1 method and haven't used any other way but just waiting and thinking of them to get smoked and that first bite it makes my mouth water, thanks, have a happy and good eating fathers day, I'm not a father, both my parents passed away 10 years ago. HAPPY FATHER'S DAY again. Larry

I did some yesterday rack of baby back , I let them soak in pineapple juice and brown sugar and Cajun Seasoning , with some chicken bouillon over night. OMG they was delicious > Even the pineapple chunks was a treat

Dang, Mike! We should have done these on NIMITZ! I'm definitely going to try with this method. Do you like the Pit Boss?

Thanks for the view. Love the pit boss....especially the searing function and griddle insert. Once you understand all of the temp zones you can really utilize to its fullest potential and beyond. I have the 1600 and can really load this up with an entire meal or multiple meals if I'm cooking ahead for the week.

Don't do ribs on the pit any more. THERE faster and better ways. Its called DEEP FRY, OR AIR COOKED. There crispy, tender and very delicious. CAN COOK THEM IN A HOUR 👍👍
