This was my first time competing at this event which consits of the full Ironman Distance over 3 consecutive days.

Just stumbled across your LCW video, I also completed the Full swim (4100m 🤔) and the Full bike ride, I also used the LCW as a training weekend for my own attempt at IM Wales. It’s always nice to see others in a similar position, I’m 45 and carrying some timber although I have lost around 3st. Good luck and maybe see you on the start line at Tenby.

Hey Mark, well done on the weightloss, IM is certainly a good motivator to keep that timber off and maybe lose more! Not been that way for me as I’ve plateaued now as I’m having to eat like a pig to fuel my training plan 😂🐷. See you on North Beach on Sept 3rd 👊🏼🦾.
