Any way of adding in a description for each figure without having the description appear in the Figure of Contents? I would like the figure title to appear in the FoC but not the description.

You might want to state which version of APA that you are using. Version 6, perhaps?

If previously I got 150 Figures in different chapters (example: Figure 3.2.1. Stadistic grhapics, and so on) how cat apply this method? Should I apply one by one?

Oh, thank you, it works, but how could it be made if a figure title was divided as like figure 3.1a, figure 3.1b?

first of all, thank you. the video was very helpful. I do have a question: How can you tie all that with the text. for example, in the manuscript i would sometimes say "as per FIGURE 4 we show that...."....i hope that makes sense. if possible, please refer me to a video

Hi! I just followed your video and it worked great. Tables and figures are being numbered using the chapter number and figure/table number. but I don't know what happened when I reached chapter 5, it says "Table 5.1: some caption text" in the caption box when I insert it, but the result that is added in the document is 0.1. what is happening?
@salihabilal44958 жыл бұрын
Don't worry. I found my mistake. There was title styled Heading1 after the chapter number and before that table/figure. once it made that title Heading to normal, the numbers all updated to 5.1, 5.2 and so on.

My comments if you could improve on it 1. Too small 2. Does not clearly shows how to put figures in sections eg Figure 1.1, Figure 1.2 etc 3. Audio not too clear TQ
