Biggest tip from an MUA, L’Oréal freshwear + essence stay matte + Morphe set long lasting, your makeup will not move. I’ve used this combo on all skin types (with a hydrating primer for dry girls) for prom and military ball and weddings and it lasts for so long without feeling cakey or heavy.

I think a lot of people get Botox before the wrinkles become super prominent as a preventative. I wish I would have done that instead of getting it once the wrinkles started to really bother me 🙄

I don't understand the world's aversion to aging gracefully. Everyone thinks they need botox because wrinkles horrify them, but the truth is to the average/normal person, it's actually more horrifying to see an overly botoxed, non-moving face. And based on the norm, you WILL eventually be overly-botoxed. Once you start getting it, you can't seem to stop. You think you still look natural, but nah.

That's a generalization; if you find a reputable doctor who knows what they're doing and if you get botox for cosmetic or non-cosmetic reasons there is no reason to have the "botoxed" look. Plus non-cosmetic botox is generally not injected in the face; it can be in the armpits, stomach, shoulders, etc. Botox is awesome!

I've been getting botox for my migraines, so a very small amount at a time. Its definitely stopped me from making my crazy facial expressions a bit but only for the first week or so. I say go for it girl! If it'll make you happy then why not! Just start off with a small amount like your smile line filler. The effects wear off and you'll still have the personality that we love so much 🥰

Kathleen I have been getting Botox for the last 3 years and I’m 44 now and it’s been the best thing I have ever done, only because it has helped me with my migraines I haven’t had a full on migraine in all that time! I was super nervous but it doesn’t affect you as much as you think - it just makes your forehead feel very tight for a while! Yes, you won’t be able to move your eyebrows as much as we typically do but it’s not as drastic as you would think! :)

I got Botox in my forehead and between my eyebrows and I loved it! It really smoothed out the lines but I could still absolutely move my face. The trick is to go light. Get the least amount of syringes that you need. I needed between 7-11 if I remember correctly.

The freckles do look great and very natural where they are placed! If you want them to look even more realistic, I would recommend putting some along your hair line as well. Especially with your face shape and the fact that you don’t have bangs. Having the forehead blank is a dead giveaway that the freckles aren’t real. If you look at people who have natural freckles, you see they appear on all the surfaces that the sun directly hits: cheeks, nose, forehead, shoulders, etc. Beautiful job! Just hoping to help you take it to the next level of realistic. ❤️👍🏻

Kathleen. I think that botox looks good only on women that are 45 and above. You look so young and fresh this would only make you look 5 years older if not more. Wrinkles are not always a sign of age they show expressions and how often you lough etc. Your skin looks like a baby's skin so having botox is not the Best idea now. I'm 26 and I've gotten botox a few times and I actually really enjoy it! You can always get a smaller amount so that you can move your face but just not as dramatically! I usually go for a low amount of movement, but I LOVE how snatched my face feels after getting botox lol. It makes your forehead so smooth! Also, if you don't love it, it wears off in like 3 months so it is pretty low commitment. I would say give it a try and then if you don't like it, then at least you know!
