Delicious português treat. I havent made those in years but i use to buy the peeled ones. They were much smaller. Great idea using the whole ones. Much bigger. Yummy. Thanks for sharing

If you wanted to season with garlic, would you use a sprinkle of garlic powder?

Hi Elaine. The garlic powder we use for cooking would be too strong for the flavour in seasoning the fried favas. There is garlic seasoning sold in markets for seasoning dry beans, nuts, etc. Thank you😊
