Querelle cover was inspired from the Tom of Finland artwork Fassbinder was a big fan of this artist and he took his own inspiration from this artist for the look of the film itself. Brad David was Tom's sailor come to life.

For me it's probably the Teenage Apocalypse Trilogy art - not the cover for the set of all three films, but rather the individual poster for each film. Absolutely beautiful late 90s pop art. I was also a huge fan of the way they gave Gummo such a beautiful cover. Truly awesome stuff!

The design of CC40 box set inside and outside is beautiful . Unfortunately, it is very expensive and because it has only blu rays and one as a collector has already several of the films , it doesn’t worth to get it.

I don’t know about any rumors as I don’t keep up as much as I should. I am just a happy customer (and maybe too naive at times). But yes, for me… If it were discovered that it was AI generated, that would be very disappointing indeed.

i don’t have a source because i’ve deleted twitter but iirc the artist went into great detail on how this was created and no ai was involved.
