I will be all over the French fries. The oatmeal cookie would be good to take with you on the go. I use the chocolate drinks as a flavoring/creamer for my coffee. They are too sweet for me on their own, but mixed with coffee is perfect. Thanks for sharing!!

I’m a peanut butter fan too and miss it! I was also using PB2 all the time and quit, so now know PB. But this is awesome!!! I don’t like celery, but I can use the PB shake to put on top of my Brownie fueling and divide it into two fuelings!!! Can’t wait to try it!!! :D

And I had no idea you could eat the brownie mix without cooking it! That really had the texture of homemade fudge. Thanks for sharing! Been on Optavia since end of November last year.

Hello there... Feb 21st just watched your Fueling Hacks video. I need to ask you how LONG do you leave the Apple Cinnamon cookies in the Air Fryer and also how long did you leave the cheesy waffle in the waffle maker? Somehow I missed that step. I don't have an air fryer but my gas oven does have an air fryer setting so I am going to try to use that sometime. Do you know much about how those work? I have never used it. I went off plan as well and tried eating jalapeño potato chips and found myself kneeling at the porcelain gd all night 🥺 I learned the hard way that this program really does detox your system from the unhealthy foods we have become accustomed to eating. I now take this program seriously and will never stray away from it again 😔

400 degrees for about 10 minutes. Turned them at five minutes. All air fryers are different though so keep an eye on them.

It was actually a deciding factor for me not to do it because, 1) the cost bothered me, but 2) I had the same concerns about transitioning back to regular food. I think I’m just going to do my own thing and eat Whole Foods and small portions. I appreciate you taking the time to post videos with such good information!

Mine is a little fancy😂 which is NOT necessary. You can use any digital scale that weighs in ounce digital so you can get the % like 2.54. And I am so sorry I missed this question🤦🏻♀️
