We got 25 pound bags of beans last year...small red, black, pinto, and chickpeas. And 50 pounds of rice. We still have about half. But I love them, and the instant pot makes them so easy! Great haul! I can't find tofu at my Costco. But then again, I can't find very much particularly vegan goods there. I mean, there is produce, legumes and flours, but tofu, cheeses, soups, nothing like that. 😞

Oh wow, it's always so interesting to me to see the variations in Costcos! Bummer about the lack of tofu, cheeses & soups... but beans & rice both sound like great deals! I do wish the chickpeas came in a larger size at our Costco, but I have to head to the business center for that. Definitely agree that the Instant Pot makes it all possible! 😜🌱

@@LetsEatPlants we got ours at the business center. Can't find one where I am now. Probably have to drive to Orlando which is 2 hours away....3 or 4 when you factor in the traffic on I-4.

We have 2 close by, but neither are the business centers and both have very little vegan goods. We found lots of stuff when we lived in Colorado.

Aww thank you! Usually I shop at the Markham East location. My friends shop in Etobicoke and they always have some slight variations. 😂😂 Sometimes we have to swap items back and forth. LOL. Where do you usually shop?

what? we used to have vegan chocolate chips at our store but now the chips have dairy. I don't know why they did that, especially of they still make the vegan ones. also have never seen raw cashews at my store. more reasons to move to Canada.

Oh no! Are they Kirkland brand? I thought all Kirkland products were the same across the US & Canada... maybe double check next time you're there! They recently moved the raw cashews in our store, they're now next to the granola bars section, so maybe ask and see if they're hiding somewhere? 😳😄 Otherwise... Canada's great! Hahaha. I've only lived here for a couple years but I love it so far! 🤗
