The last time I moved was 30years ago mine is council I saw it laying empty for weeks so I rang the council and asked them if could be considered for a move from a maisonette to a 3 bed the housing officer turned up at mine and said it I took it in the condition basically no decorating allowance it's mine. It's the best thing I did I bought it for £30,000 in 1994 it's now worth £450,000 Are you privately or council/housing association xxx can't wait to see your new home xxx

Moving house is a good time to have a declutters, it is amazing what crap you have! We moved house 9 weeks ago and i had a massive declutters and when we moved into the new house i got rid of more stuff lol, and that not because we hadn’t got room ( we moved from a 2 bedroom flat to a 4 bed house ) its that i said to myself ive not used it in months/ years but might come in handy for someone else charity or sell it on marketplace. It would be lovely if you do a empty house tour. Take care xx

I'm with Steve on ASMR drives me batty, I HATE it with a passion. All the tapping, flipped lids on on tubes, nail tapping, clicking and dont get me started on the whispering & breathing. Hi chick leave all draws ie chest of draws full of clothes just pop them in the car easier to pop in chests when your there it’s a lot easier I did that saves time.wardrobe clothes leave on hangers.label boxes like kitchen etc.try to hang curtains before you move in so nosey bastards carnt look in lol.❤❤❤❤❤
