Congress is responsible to have oversight over the Dept of Justice (which would include the FBI) so they have the authority to see all that DOJ & FBI are doing so they can provide oversight. In 1996 ,TWA flight 800 exploded at 13,000 feet just six weeks after being used in a K-9 bomb sniffing exercise. PETN and RDX residue was found in the recovered submerged wreckage! I feel a full investigation of this unlikely CIA activity should take place immediately. And while they’re at it perhaps we can have access to 28 pages of the 9/11 Commission report which would explain how the Saudi’s and President George W. Bush got us into this current unending mess.
