Hey Bro just startes installing this same device... But wanted to ask you if the small gauge wires that say "trigger starter input" are supposed to be connected.... because my device is not starting the car...and what wire do they go to on the car.... Thank you so much..

This is trick. I've always wanted a remote start on my rx7 for the same reasons you mention

That remote starter is for manual transmission too were, u select the second ignition starter & acc the small green cable if u cut it will be for manual u need to connect ebrake when u shot car off will keep running until close last door like that cant be left on gear, also if u program the tach an connect cable it will cranck as much it needs to start

For incorporating the power locks. Can you pair the new key fob to the existing power lock system? So the lock or unlock rf signal goes straight to the after market module and not through the remote start module

If not you can use a rf cloner. They come with 4 buttons that will clone most rf signals. You could clone the remote start and lock fobs on to one. You’d just lose the two way feedback

So on the 12 pin small Grey connector, you only used the brake and hood input wires and nothing else? If I wire the 8 pin power harness and the brake, hood, and lock + unlock outputs for my power locks and just wrap up everything else from the 12 pin will the remote start and keyless work? Yes you don't have to connect everything, just cut or wrap the rest
