Why do I block out the Mini-Map with annotations for Sub battle replays?
I block it out because the Mini-Map gives away who sent in the battle replay. And in most cases whoever sends in the battle replay wins the battle. So I block it to keep it a surprise :D

There is a great mod Third Age Total War for Medieval II which introduces LOTR factions to the game, and The Rise Of Mordor (if I remember correctly) is being made for Attila :)

IMO Isenguard is the best of the evil factions in BFME2 simply because they're relatively simple, standardized, and can build god damn walls. Mordor and Goblins may be able to zerg better with cheaper units- but Orcs get torn to pieces and they're vulnerable to getting zerged themselves without walls. Although Nazgul are plain broken unless somebody has archers.

Pixelated Apollo I think the best way to describe them is that they're basically Rome from Total War. Solid infantry. Solid cav. Solid all-round hitters with some good special units like 'Zerkers or ballistas, and great heroes. The only faction I find superior to them is Dwarves (because Dwarves are just BROKEN durable) or Elves, and that's primarily because end game Elven Archers hurt like hell. But Isenguard can start pumping out solid infantry and cav at the start of the game without having to bother upgrading its buildings like Men. Rohan Cav is better than Wargs, but it's locked behind a paywall. Plus you can fix Isenguard's lack of monstrous creatures by using the Hero Generator to make a Troll commander with a leadership buff.

+Wyatt Wilmot I like Lurtz ;-)) But Mordor can be quite good with the mumak.... and the nazgul also ofc)) For the goblins.... idk, but with their spiders, they can do quite some great things, same for the Spider Queen (In the last Evil mission, I could use her to pass in the ''river'', no need to use the bridges...can be useful for sneaky attacks))

I love your videos of the battle for middle earth 2 battles. It's awesome. I believe that you said that any viewer can give you suggestions of tactics and strategies. Well, you were awesome in all tactics and strategies. My only suggestion would be to have the warg riders stay away from pike phalanx like units and use them to attack archers or regular swordsman type units. If there are too many lethal spearsmen, then I would have the warg riders to retreat instead of engaging the pikes. Hit the weakest units with the warg riders and run from the strong units. Hit and run. Attack the weak points and avoid the strong points. But otherwise, you were awesome. Thanks for the

You can get it for free, EA has closed the servers and doesn't produce it anymore. So ''hacking'' it is your best shot if you don't want a fake copy of the game on Ebay for 130$ US.

I do not like the goblins because as you say their infantry really suck. Their best unit are the spider riders who can switch between melee and bows. This can help them take on enemy spear units from far range while running down archers and swords. Goblins also rely on using their giants and trolls to destroy buildings. Goblin spam, like you said, is only useful early game to knock out a few enemy buildings and force them to waste money. And Pixie, I would love to play a live match with you. I think it would be really cool to do a 3v3 or maybe a 5 player FFA. Anyway, hope to see you on gameranger.

Do you know what patch you're playing on? Regular orcs are really bad in 1.06 and I think 1.00 too, especially against Dwarves. It's better to just go Easterlings instead of orcs unless you wanna use them to destroy enemy economy buildings for cheap.

Goblin Warriors are cheaper and weaker than Orc Warriors. Orcs warriors also receives 50% extra damage and 25% extra speed when in 100 man+ That doesnt happens with goblins.
