Depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain! Reading namaz and Quran will help some but not all! So please don't throw this about! People with depression need help

Ash Sheikh throw about . I know what depression is . I have suffered it many years alongside studied in the field. I have been on medication had councilling but from my personal experience reading Namaz 5 x which I never did and reading the Quran with meaning has been uplifting. So not throwing nothing about . Telling it from my perspective and personal experience of dealing with this disease . Meds were only a temp solution. Thank you for your comment .

You make a big stigma about it and say thing like it's just cause you are not close to Allah swt this is why you are feeling like this! If you have suffered yourself you should know yourself that saying only praying will help is not the solution! The reason suicide is high in the Asian community!!!!
