Shivani Patil is a fashion and lifestyle influencer and is also known for documenting travel on her blog. While she was pursuing a degree in mass media, she found a way to get a step closer to pursuing her passion and becoming a fashion blogger. She started her first blog "The F Drug" at the age of 18. Since then she has been associated with different brands like Skechers, Tresemme, Titan, Loreal, Abu Dhabi Tourism and more.

Mam you are way more and more confident then you think.YOure not even ambigous even for one word and you had also not even shivered.When I started to take any group discussion talks i will tense a lot and my heart beat rises upto the maximum and i can also feel the pumping of blood and imagine how much speed it will be and the second one is im an introvert and i have so many talks and thoughts in my head to deliver speech but due to my tension and heartbeat,fear ill usually end up in saying very few than expected.Fear is the only thing which pulls me backward.

If we have fear inside then we will need confidence. Fear and confidence go hand in hand. The day fear is gone there will be no need to be confident. Then we can live in natural state. If confidence was a real thing then why do we need it only near other humans why not near a mirror or animal? Alone we change as a human being completely. As soon as we come in contact with humans we feel fear and to compensate that we wear mask of confidence. So we have to leave confidence to move towards leaving fear and we have to sacrifice pleasures to end pain, this is law of duality. (Few concept taken from Acharya Prashant)
